This was one of the Blue Bananas early reader series, and it was inspired by a visit I made to The Natural History Museum when I was teaching. Colin is a little boy who absolutely adores dinosaurs – don’t we all? He likes all of them, but the bigger and scarier the better! But then something happens in the museum, and Colin finds himself on the wrong side of a rather displeased iguanodon…

This book was so much fun to write and illustrate (I used pens and ink and watercolours and gouache) and it has a really satisfying refrain that children love to join in with. Choose your scariest voice!
